There are several ways to care for your fiber art:
1. Gently wipe with a soft cloth or gently shake off any dust
2. Gently clean with a lint roller
3. Lightly steam with a clothing steamer
4. Gently fluff the fibers with your fingers after cleaning
Please keep your wall art away from direct sunlight. Sunlight can fade the beautiful colors.
Don't hang your fiber art in the kitchen. Grease will stick and ruin the look and feel of a wall hanging. Tugs and pulls can loosen the weaving and cause the art to lose its integrity, so please handle with care.
Customer orders require a 50% deposit. I will work with you to choose the colors, textures, size and basic design of your custom fiber art to be sure it is something you will love. Each piece is handmade and no two will be exactly alike. I will do my best to represent what the final design will look like but ask that you are open to the uniqueness of each creation.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt.
Once I receive the piece and it is in good condition, I will issue a refund for the price, minus shipping costs.
Refunds will be paid through PayPal.
